I loved that it was in Incline Village, the staff was helpful and very professional. I appreciated the follow up from customer service about my stay and how things were going. I had an issues, sent an email, and was responded to within the hour.
Would have preferred an AC, but not much to do about that, and the stove was a little finicky, but was able to get it to work.
