Park your car upon your arrival and you won't have to drive it again! Walk to skiing, restaurants, bars, groceries, spa treatments, and more. Set down a quiet road, this is the perfect spot for someone who wants to have quick and easy access to all of the Squaw Valley amenities, but prefers to be away from the noisy hustle and bustle of the Village.

The condo was in an excellent location with easy access to the lifts and the village. Parking was easy, and all the neighbors were friendly and quiet.
Our host was very responsive and answered all questions quickly.

Very easy to get in (keybox with code). A quick walk to the lifts (this is probably the most important factor for us when booking a ski rental). Owner responded quickly when we had a minor issue.
This was our first trip to Palisades. It was a huge snow week in an unbelievable winter, so the snow was amazing... but that also meant lots of lift closures and even a shutdown of the whole resort one day. Still, KT-22 may be the best lift in North America for advanced skiers and it stayed open, so we had plenty to ski.
Even with 5+ feet of snow, the small parking lot was cleared pretty regularly.

Outstanding property. Very convenient. Well appointed. Great location. Easy access to slopes. Quiet with convenient parking. Fireplace makes it very cozy. Property is older but unit has been remodeled and is quite clean and comfortable. Really enjoyed our stay.
