Brilliant central location. Parking space a real bonus as can walk everywhere. House really lovely with almost everything you need. Beds comfortable, nice open plan living area downstairs. Oven, grill, microwave, toaster, kettle, good size fridge plus dishwasher if needed.
Really needs a set of normal saucepans and a spatula for fried eggs. Also clear instructions for recycling as we couldn't find where to put plastics and glass (asked host but received no reply).

The location is perfect. 20 minutes walking to Roman Bath. The facilities are exceptional and it was very clean when we checked-in. 1 Parking space is free at the back of the house and that was so needed in a city like bath. It was a perfect stay for us for a weekend in January 2026.
