Private room with bed for 2 persons, extra mattress provided on request, shared apartment with friendly host and a friendly cat, offered other thins for us to use, well equipped kitchen, good food and supermarket close-by, a bit outside the city but well connected by metro, bus and suburban rail, good wifi, elevator, good security, incredibly low price even considering we had to get a one week transport pass for Paris (necessary anyways for efficient exploring)

L’hôte est très gentil, respectueux et discret. La chambre ainsi que la salle de bain étaient propres. Le logement est situé à Ivry-sur-Seine, dans un environnement calme, ce qui permet de bien se reposer après une journée à Paris. Très bon rapport qualité-prix.
Il est important de bien comprendre qu’il ne s’agit pas d’un hôtel mais d’une chambre dans l’appartement de l’hôte. Cela peut surprendre et ne pas convenir à tout le monde si l’on recherche un cadre très professionnel ou une totale indépendance.
