オーナーのRoseさんがとても親切です。私の滞在時は、そのレビューを読んで宿泊したゲストばかりで、話をしても良い人ばかりでした。私はタイミングと都合が合ったので、ゲストと夕食を食べに行ったり、市内を一緒に回ったりしました。もちろん一人でゆっくり過ごす人もいます。20～40代のゲストがいて雰囲気は落ち着いており、清潔ですし、快適に過ごせました。
オーナーとのコミュニケーションもスマホの翻訳機で問題ありませんでした。次回パリに来る時も必ずここに宿泊します。
清潔ですが、建物自体は新しくはないです。設備的に用は足りるという感じです。私の滞在時は暑くなる前で、夜は窓を開けてよく寝られましたが、（道路に面しているので、音に敏感な人は気になるかもしれません。）夏の空調は確認した方が良いかもしれません。

L'auberge au calme donne l'occasion de reconnecter à soi-même, + Rose est sympathique et attentionnée. Elle offre une autonomie de séjour et les règles de l'auberge se confondent, à s'y méprendre, à une maison en co-location. Près de la station de métro 7, Villejuif Paul Vaillant-Couturier.
Cependant, pas d'espace commun extérieur ou cours arrière.. le trottoir est équipé d'un banc public, 🏡🌫️

Rose est une personne très sympathique et arrangeante :) Être seulement à deux dans une chambre, c’était top ! (d’autres chambres sont à 4)

メトロの乗り場から近いこと
宿泊客が少ないのでアットホームなこと
①鍵が古いのか何回も回すはめになり使い勝手が悪いし、面倒なこと
②チェックインの際、チャイムを鳴らしても誰も出ててこなかった。メッセージもしたがすぐに返事はなく、扉の前のベンチで30分以上待った。(たまたま帰ってきた宿泊客が声をかけてくれて入ることができた。)
③匂いがこもっていて臭い
④階段が狭くて急なのでスーツケースを上の階に運ぶのは1人ではとても厳しい
⑤大通り沿いなので24時間騒音がうるさい
⑥洗濯機はないのでコインランドリーに行く必要がある
⑦シャワーは23〜5時まで使えないので不便
⑧階段もドアも古いのでどんなに気をつけてても物音がしてしまい、気を遣うのに疲れる
⑨ドライヤーの位置がトイレや風呂の掃除に使うであろうゴム手袋と同じ場所で不潔だった
10.排水溝が毎日詰まっててシャワーの水が流れず、使いづらいし気持ち悪かった
11.同室の人が1人だけだったので1週間ほど毎日2人きり。ルームメイトのようなものなので生活リズムが合わなかったり神経質な人、気が合わないとかなり地獄。
