The building is currently undergoing external works. It's not a problem and did bother us but it means that for the summer or so the building will have an external scaffolding. Some travellers might not like this.

Tolle Lage. Nur 3min zu Fuß bis ins Zentrum und dem schönen Park.
Ca. 15min zu Fuß vom Bahnhof entfernt.
Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.
Modern eingerichtet. Bequemes Bett. Schöne Zimmergröße mit Blick zur ruhigen Straßenseite.
Ausstattung der Küche war mir zu minimalistisch. Es gab keine tiefen Teller und auch keine Kaffeemaschine. Nur 3 Messer, 3 Löffel usw. Auch nur 1 Kochtopf und 2 Pfannen.
Der Hauptgrund, warum ich das Apartment erstmal nicht mehr buchen werde, ist die Wohnungstür. Es ist eine einfache Holztür die zudem noch falsch in der Zarge hängt.
Jedes Mal wenn jemand unten ins Haus gekommen ist, schepperte die Tür im Rahmen. Besonders Nachts bin ich oft aus dem Schlaf gerissen worden. Man hört zu dem jedes Wort im Hausflur, da ein "Holzbrett" nun mal einen sehr schlechten Schallschutz bietet.
Wenn die Tür ausgetauscht wird, dann würde ich jederzeit wieder kommen. Aber so war an erholsamen Schlaf leider nicht zu denken.
