We've used this Airbnb twice. The location is great for where we had to travel to. The area is quiet. The flat is spacious, and there are 2 toilets, which is good for a family of 6. The flat is fairly tidy. The price is good. It's convenient for cooking. There was a little box with washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, sponge for the dishes, clothes washing capsules. There were sufficient towels, although we didn't need to use many as we brought our own. It was easy for us to find the place from the description given.
I want to point out that we could see that owners are trying with their business, but there are things to improve. There needs to be more attention to detail: the entrance needs to be more inviting (cigarette butt and weeds to be removed); not enough coffee whitener; a bin was in the main bathroom, but one also needed in the lower toilet; in the bathroom, there was water in both the shampoo and body soap bottles (these shouldn't be on display on the bath if there wasn't any soap in them), my daughter found another soap bottle that was almost empty, but we had already found our own alternative; the bathroom needs better cleaning as it has black, pink and brown around most of the perimeter of the bath; tissue holder handles not sturdy. These are the main things.
