The location and proximity to the facilities of The Hilton and the Lake are fabulous.
The collection of keys and getting access to the property was complicated and unclear.

The best was communication with Silvia. She is very helpful and professional. She made us feel welcome. With her on the side you stay will be very good.
The check-in is actually very easy and logical if you watch the videos before:) As we booked last minute being on the way, we couldnt watch videos and internet was slow - so for us it was like "escape room" searching for peaces of a puzzle. But Silvia was there to help :)
Apartment is functional, well located near the lake, quet and clean area. Taking a strall on a lake promenade one can easily reach the town Como. Near the apt there are a couple of really good restaurants, a "beach" for 30 euro per person and a nice Hilton hotel where u can have a drink. You dont need a car for anything there.
Beds are good, linen and towels as well. AC is blowing directly on bed but we didnt use it.
I will definitely book this apt again.
- Apt was not very clean, but also not dirty. If you dont look in every corner searching for dust, it is totally fine.
- Parking costs 15 euro per day.
- This logic made us laugh: in the apt you need to separate the trash (glass, plastic, organic waste) and put in different bags available in the apt. Also there is a note asking to always separate the trash, also on the streets. So, when we walked behind the bulding to throw away the SEPARATED trash from the apartment, the guy at the entrance gate to the apt showed us only one bin for plastic and organic waste together. So we separated the trash in the apt but had to throw it eventually altogether in one bin!!

Huoneisto oli tilava ja siisti. Sijainti hyvä ja rauhallinen. Sänky ja tyynyt mukavat. Keittiövälineet ja astiat olivat puhtaat ja hyväkuntoiset. Pehmeät ja siistit pyyhkeet.
Imuri tai siivousharja olisi voinut olla hyvä, tai sitten emme vain löytäneet niitä.
Huomioitavaa neljän hengen majoituksista, ilmastointi on vain makuuhuoneessa, ei olohuoneessa jossa vuodesohva.
