Location was excellent, 10 mins walk to train station, very convenient if arriving by train from Airport. Bus station also only a few minutes walk, this was great as we had organised some day trips whilst there. Neighbour was okay, short stroll down to the Lake. Commuication with host was very good. Appreciated the free teas/coffee in apartment.
Could smell cooking smells from next door apartment, probably wouldn't bother most, but i am a bit sensitive to that kind of thing.

Communication was excellent, we received a welcome pack via WhatsApp on the day of arrival outlining the check in details with clear pictures, WiFi password, and suggested places to visit/recommended places for food. The host also sent us an email for free travel passes around Geneva which covers train, bus, and boat. We got the train from the airport to Geneva train station for free with the passes and had no problems. It was about a 10 minute walk to the apartment from there. We found that the apartment was well located, so everything was within walking distance. The longest we walked was to the botanical gardens, which was around a 30 minute walk.
Upon arrival, check in was easy and the apartment was clean and spacious (the photos on Booking.com are an accurate representation of the apartment). It had a coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, and plenty of cutlery. There was even an adaptor plug provided. The TV had Netflix, Amazon Prime, and YouTube.
The large double/king size bed was comfortable and big enough for me, my husband, and our 1 year old daughter to sleep, although a travel cot was provided too.
The bathroom was small, but it was clean with extra toilet paper, shampoo, and hairdryer provided. The shower had good water pressure, and towels were also provided.
A little note: the apartment is on a street with a quiet 'red light district' vibe, there is a sex shop across from the apartment with girls in the window (although they were just sat in bikinis and looked bored scrolling through their phone 😄). We had no issues, we felt safe, and it was quiet, so I wouldn't let this be a negative factor, just a thing to note.

Logistique extrêmement simple et pratique (collecte et dépôt des clefs dans un commerce à 1 minute à pied avec des heures d'ouverture très pratiques). propre et bien équipé. Grand séjour.
Seulement l'eau chaude de la douche qui prend beaucoup de temps avant d'atteindre une température supportable mais ce n'était pas trop dérangeant. C'est franchement le seul point à améliorer.
