Perfect location, very comfortable

Cosy and well appointed. Warm, great bathroom and prompt response from the property management when asked a question. Great location for us in a lovely village with nice walks nearby and a pub/restaurant around the corner. Private parking a bonus. Lovely welcome package and Christmas decorations.

Not a dislike but if you are with more than 3 guests (and therefore need to use the sofabed), make sure you specify this so linen will be supplied. We booked for 4 so assumed this would be clear but there was no linen. It was quickly rectified though, so no problem for us! Worth also noting there is no dining table but we were visiting family nearby so again not a problem. We really enjoyed our stay.

Nice place, good set up, good directions and easy access. Modern enough and (despite comments below) clean and tidy. Lovely location

Mattress far to soft in master bedroom Someone else's underwear found by child behind sofa Plug in shower full of hair (we had to pull it out otherwise shower would flood) Not enough bed linen available for a 4th person (there were 4 of us). Kitchen utensils unclean Tried to communicate by phone (left message) and online portal with operating company to sort issue re bedlinen- no response. We did however receive a message from them asking that we put the bins out.
