A wealth of lovely countryside is within half an hour’s drive, including Lakes Vyrnwy and Bala, Powis Castle and the unspoilt Berwyn range, as well as golf courses, mountain biking, climbing, fishing, sailing and riding. Stabling for two horses available. Shops and pub 1½ miles.

A very comfortable and well equipped property in a beautifully quiet rural location.
Thought and care has gone into preparing and maintaining the property which was immaculately clean whilst being warm and homely.
Local amenities are sparse.. this is a properly rural setting after all .. but Oswestry and Welshpool have everything you will need.
Lots of opportunities for local walks and the most dramatic Welsh scenery is within an hour's drive as well as a host of other places to visit.

A lovely stone converted barn. Has everything that you need for a lovely stay. Exceptionally clean.
Local villages have pubs which serve food. Lots of different walking opportunities, hills, woodland and a little further a field mountains and some stunning coastal walks.
We would happily return.

Very high quality barn conversion holiday cottage. Extremely well kept and clean. Attentive (but non-intrusive) hosts. Remote location as described but nearby village has basic shopping and good coffee shop. Good place for quiet relaxation with easy access to Snowdonia if you are looking for outings or outdoor activities.
