Location was great and it was perfect for the two of us. The annexe is well equipped and really comfortable with the guest manuals easy to follow.

Great location, 15/20 min walking from the beach. It has private parking, which is a premium around this area in particular at the weekend when hordes of day-trippers descend on the village. The property is spacious inside and was clean and tidy on our arrival. It is well kitted with all the necessary equipment for self catering. Easy check in through the app.
It lacks any outdoor space and it is positioned directly onto the owners' driveway, shared with another neighbour, so it can be noisy with cars coming in and out, and does not feel very private, in particular with windows open during the summer. The lock to the main door is stiff when turning the key and could do with replacing before someone breaks it. Pillows in the bedroom could benefit from an upgrade.

It was a beautiful, spacious property in a quiet location. Great base for exploring the area.
There was equipment under the wardrobe running constantly (I believe something to do with noise monitoring, which was un-nerving) which lit up that part of the room at night, making it more difficult to get to sleep (I like it to be really dark). Also, it is advertised as having a ‘huge sofa’, however there is just a 2 seater sofa and a chair so on the evenings we chose to stay in and relax, it was not particularly comfortable. Great for one person but not for two. Had there been two 2 seater sofas, that would’ve been fine. I booked this because the living space looked so easy to relax in but this wasn’t really the case. Shower was a bit hit and miss with getting the temperature right but wasn’t too bad.

State of some things. Freezer could not be used as needed a defrost, grill could not be used as dirty and greasey
