The location was great. The inside looked like it had been newly renovated. Beautiful.
There was stinky brown water seeping from under the sink in the kitchen, main floor. There were no paper towels.

Το σημαντικότερο για αυτό το σπίτι είναι ότι έχει 6 δωμάτια και 6 μπάνια! Επίσης ήταν καθαρά σε γενικές γραμμές. Η τοποθεσία επίσης είναι καλή 3 λεπτά με το αμάξι από το πάρκο του Νιαγάρα και 15 λεπτά με τα πόδια. Η γειτονιά ήταν σχετικά καλή. Επίσης έχει πάρκινγκ δωρεάν μπροστά στην ιδιοκτησία.
Στο σπίτι έχει γίνει μερική ανακαίνιση και χρειάζεται ακόμα δουλειά. Κάποια παράθυρα είναι σπασμένα και κλεισμένα με ταινία επίσης η καθαριότητα ήταν καλή απλά θέλει λίγο ακόμα προσοχή σε λεπτομέρειες. Λείπουν πολύ ντουλάπες για να κρεμάσεις κάτι. Με μια καλύτερη και βαθύτερη ανακαίνιση θα είναι 10 στα 10. Γενικά όμως είναι value for money.
