It was a really nice secluded property with easy access And all the amenities you could need for a stay. We were there for 2 days visiting childhood friends. Nice shower and exceptional kitchen fully equipped, living room with fold out bed and a single bedroom. No complaints whatsoever. It was immaculate.

Beautiful little place to stay and was great location just off main bus route into Brighton or onwards to Newhaven. First impressions were exceeded & it had a lovely warm, welcoming and inviting charm. The place was spotlessly clean (and i’ll admit I have high standards!) and it was thoroughly equipped with all the basics & many extra items to cook, wash dishes, iron, etc. It was beautifully styled and clearly well maintained. The hosts had left complimentary supplies for hot drinks & toiletries which was a welcome bonus after a long, cold journey there & arriving exhausted! Wifi, TV, radio etc all easy to use. Finally I was extremely reassured and impressed with the hosts when I had to contact them ‘out of hours’ (due to a small, but potentially problematic issue if I had waited until the next day) - they responded very professionally and promptly & all was able to be resolved without any inconvenience to my stay. I was also grateful that they had left clear, useful contact and other essential information in their welcome/info pack!
My only negative with the property was that I unfortunately found the mattress and pillows very uncomfortable. I realise it’s probably extremely difficult to please everyone when furnishing a guest bed, but for me personally I struggled to feel comfortable as both mattress & pillows were very firm.. I think this could easily be mitigated if there was the option for guests to have a couple of spare pillows which were a different firmness/filling so guests can adapt to their preferences if needed.

Conveniently situated and very clean and comfortable. The hosts were very amenable.
The shower pressure was low.
