Established in April 2018. It is less than 3 miles to places such as Target, Walmart and fast-food places: In-n-Out, Starbucks, Panda Express, etc.; less than 8 miles to Sacramento International Airport; less than 9 miles to downtown Sacramento; very near I-5, and 80 freeways.
The space
EVERYTHING BRAND NEW. If you are looking for a wonderful place with all you need, here is it.
All the mattresses are pillowing top for a great quality sleep.
5-bedroom 3 bathrooms home. Every room is unique and different from the others.
Make wonderful memories playing with your family or friends in our recreation area.
Enjoy a cup coffee with your crew in our beautiful kitchen (coffee is on us)
Have fun watching your favorite shows in our relaxing living room with 55-inch 4k TV with Netflix.
Guest access
Guest has access to the whole house minus the garage.
Features:
- Key-less entry with door code upon arrival.
- Free Internet Wi-Fi.
- Family Room: Netflix, Sling TV, ethernet cables.
- Kitchen: Coffee maker, K-cup coffee machine, toaster, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, cookware, dishes, glassware, utensils, oil, salts, and peppers.
- Bathroom: Bathtub and stand-in shower, hair dryer, and shampoo/conditioner, soap.
- Laundry room: washer, dryer, iron, iron board, laundry detergent and softener.
- Two parking spaces on the driveway and ample free street parking
Checking time 5pm
Check out 11am
Other things to note
- Please use the dining room for eating; abstain from eating and drinking in bed.
- Please take care of the house and treat the furniture and amenities with respect.
- Please try to utilize the parking spaces in front of my house.
- No parties allowed.
- No visitors allowed.
- No pets.
- No smoke inside of the property (if guest smoke inside we will charge a fee).
- No drugs inside of the property (medical cannabis neither).
- Locals must contact us before booking.
- We required to take out the shoes inside of the property specially at the second floor.
- We have a rign door bell at the front door for security reasons.
Please note that we respond to all inquiries between 8 AM to 10 PM (PST); messages after will be attended the next day. Thanks for understanding.
*For long-term stays, we sign an extra agreement outside the platform*
We have a professional pest control service every month. Our home is rural and surrounded by beautiful natural trees so on occasion, and despite our best efforts, a stray bug, roaches, spider, or other nature-loving creature may wander inside. This also happens during summer due to extremely hot and dry weather. Upon booking, guests accept this possibility and uncontrollable situation.

We booked this home when another home we previously booked twice was unavailable. We were delighted when we realized it was the same owner, Alfonso! For us, that meant we knew exactly what to expect, clean, comfortable, quiet, and everything working. We will absolutely book this or any other home Alfonso hosts with no hesitation.
