Our home can accommodate up to 8 guests. Whether you are visiting for business, remote work from home, travel to Sacramento, you will find our fully furnished home perfect for families or friends traveling together.
We offer 4 bedrooms 1 king (master bedroom), 1 king, 1 queen, 2 single beds children's room, and 4 full bathrooms.
Enjoy in our SmartTV (65") watching all available shows at the family room, and SmartTV (55") in the master bedroom, high-speed internet and comfortable beds. This home is ideal for Visitors, Families, Business Parties, and more executies.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house minus the garage.

-Keyless entry with door code upon arrival.
-Free high speed Wi-Fi internet service.

-Kitchen: Coffee machine, toaster, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, utensils.

-Please use the dining room for eating; abstain from eating and drinking in bed.
-Please take care of the house and treat the furniture and amenities with respect.
-Please try to utilize the parking spaces in front of the house
-No parties allowed.
-We don't allow visitors from our guests for security reasons
-No pets.
-No smoking inside of the property (if guest smoke inside, we will charge a fee)
-No drugs inside of the property (medical cannabis neither).
- Locals must contact us before booking.
- We have cameras at the front and back for security reasons.

We have a professional pest control service every month. Our home is rural and surrounded by beautiful natural trees so on occasion, and despite our best efforts, a stray bug, roaches, spider, or other nature-loving creature may wander inside. This also happens during summer due to extremely hot and dry weather. Upon booking, guests accept this possibility and uncontrollable situation.

My team booked this house for a tennis tournament nearby and we had a wonderful time. The house has 4 spacious bedrooms, an open concept floor plan and a fully stocked kitchen. I highly recommend staying there if you have 8 friends that want to get away for the weekend.

We love the house, beautiful, clean spacious, complete kitchen utensils, etc.The only problem we had is the checking in into the house. Key code was wrong and response time of the host was very slow. We have to wait outside the house for almost 30 mins in the hot weather, for the host and owner to fix the problem.
