Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

Great place to enjoy the weekend. House and dock are easy access. Mother-in-law has bad knees and she was getting up and down the stairs easily. It was perfect. Host were great dealing with any questions i had and got back to me quickly.

We stayed with a group of friends who are from Washington, California, and Missouri. We go on a vacation every summer and this one might have been the best one yet. We LOVED the back porch and spent so much time there. The deck and the chairs down by the lake were awesome too. The only con I can say about the place is my husband and I had the room in the red building. It’s a nice room, but the air conditioner had trouble keeping up and it was really loud. When it stopped it sounded like it was about to blow up. And there were no screens on the windows. So on the cooler nights we couldn’t open the windows because bugs would come in. But overall, we looked at this place for next year and it was already booked. We would definitely stay there again!

We were able to gather our family members, 8 people from ages 2 to 64, and had a great time being in one place. The cabin is very lake-appropriate but contains all you need--a nicely complete kitchen!. It is also very nice to have the separate studio to allow some privacy. We would certainly recommend this listing!

Perfect location on the lake, easy to boat to Carlin and Rockford Bays and to the Resort. We had all the water toys for our cousin reunion and the cabin fit us perfectly!
