Emplacement de l'appartement très agréable. A distance à pied de points les plus importants.
Réactivité du service de conciergerie qui s'en occupe.
Cuisine très bien équipée, l'immeuble dispose des machines à laver et sécher, aspirateur et fer à repasser et c'est appréciable.
Nous avons pu trouver un parking facilement.
Le canapé lit est un en réalité un futon et donc de fait bien moins confortable que l'on peu l'espérer au vue des photos sur l'annonce, 2 nuits c'était déjà assez. L'appart est plus équipé pour 2 couples ou 2 personnes seules (2 grandes lits).
Il a fait très chaud cet été et l'appart ne dispose que d'un petit ventilateur de table qui ne couvre que quelques pas autour de son emplacement.
L'appart est situé en haut d'un immeuble dont le RDC est occupé par un fastfood .... les odeurs de nourriture et gras sont assez fortes à certaines heures.

Було погано прибрано на підлозі, брудні склянки, лише 1 таблетка для посудомийки, відсутність цукру, мала кількість кави, відсутні двері у душову.

Nice and cosy apartment. It was clean and had everything we needed - the washing machine was very handy. And for those who read French it has a great book collection. The location was excellent, very close to the city centre and the river with two very good little restaurants down the street.
Bedroom upstairs a little crammed.
