We spent most of time out and about. We went to watch rugby at Eden park. was close to everything we needed. we didnt spent much time with the guests but just to shower and sleep.

It was a quiet location, safe enough to leave the car parked on the street overnight.
Our room was at the opposite end of the house from the bathrooms.

The location and style of the house. The owner was very friendly and offered lost of help
Due to the design and age of the house it transmits noise but the owner asks all guests to be quiet between 9.00pm and 8:00am

The house was nice, with a number of enjoyable spaces to sit.
Bed very hard, and the pillows were made up of foam pieces. More of a back packer vibe than we expected. Parking was tight.
