Classic 1920's home on the outside, modern beauty inside! Completely renovated in 2019! Our home features 3 bedrooms, 2 & 1/2 bathrooms, beautiful kitchen, 2 living spaces, and laundry room. Pet friendly and fenced backyard with deck and patio. Located in the lovely Garland District in Spokane, 5 minute walking from MaryLou's amazing burgers and milkshakes, Rocket bakery, sushi, and the historic (and discount) Garland Movie theater. Enjoy downtown Spokane and Gonzaga campus within 10 minutes, Eastern Washington University in 25 minutes, and Mt Spokane in less than 60 minutes.

Super cute and comfortable home full of thoughtful accents, from nice soaps, to great decor, comfortable beds, and beautiful master bath. My husband and I decided we could live here. It is in a great part of town near quaint and quirky Garland district. Fully fenced backyard that our dog loved. The hosts were great to work with and communication quickly. We would love to stay here again!
