Dagmar's Cottage is located in the Downriver/Audubon section of town, northwest of downtown Spokane. We are located about a mile from a community favorite-Audubon Park and about a mile from the Spokane River, and 3.5 miles from Downtown Spokane.
Audubon Park is 27 acres of wooded and grassy spaces, playgrounds, splash pads, ball fields and basketball courts. You can also wander up to the school and utilize their toddler-oriented playground in their fenced-in play areas. Audubon Park is also a popular destination for events. On those long hot summer nights, you can sometimes enjoy an open air concert.
Guests have access to all areas of the home including the garage and fully fenced private backyard. The only areas not included for guest access are two closets that remain locked.

3.5 miles from downtown and 1.7 miles from Northtown mall. This home is setup with guests' comfort and experience in mind. We are green clean and pet-friendly. There is two bedrooms and one full bathroom on the main floor, two bedrooms and one half bathroom downstairs aling with another living room, game room with a foosball table and laundry area. The main floor living room has a queen sleeper sofa and the downstairs living room has a futon couch for additioanl sleeping options.
We provide eco-friendly shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soaps as well as dishes, pans, bakeware, cooking utensils, knife block + steak knives, spice rack, sea salt & pepper grinders, cooking oil, coffee, individual flavored creamers, organic sugar packets, assorted organic teas, 12-cup coffee pot, tea kettle, blender, 4-slice toaster, hand mixer, two dining tables seating 4 each.. The Smart TV in the living room allows guests to login to their own streaming accounts.
Plenty of dining and shopping are nearby but also available to this neighborhood are UberEats, DoorDash, InstaCart for delivery, or Uber and Lyft to pick you up and take you anywhere.
To explore the ambiance and charm of Spokane we recommend Lyft as our service of choice. Uber, Taxi, and pulic buses are also available.

Super friendly and helpful host. The home was clean and the beds were comfy. There were also nice little things I forgot to pack, like Q tips and sandwich bags. Can’t forget the thirsty towels! Will definitely be staying here again.

The home was clean and comfortable. It was in the perfect location for every place we needed to be. The home was a great fit for our family of 9. The game room was great. The beds were comfortable. The host was amazing. She was prompt with responses and very kind. We so appreciated having a place we could bring all of our dogs. We will definitely return here for our future visits.

Property was clean, everything we needed was there. Fenced back yard for our pup was perfect. Basement was perfect for the younger guests.

Brought down 9 girls to wrestle in womennl nationals. The rental was clean, and neat. Easy parking on the side street.
