About this apartment rental
Cocoonr Agency offers for rent, in Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, this charming flat with sea view in a very nice condominium, with an area of 49 m² and can accommodate up to 4 travelers. Located on the 2ᵉ floor (with lift), it consists of a living room of 18 m², open fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room (with shower). Wifi included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- An 18 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area
- Open-plan kitchen with appliances including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with double bed (140×190)
- A duplex sleeping area with two single beds
- A bathroom with shower, vanity unit and WC
The flat is ideally located in Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are less than a kilometre away. Direct access to the beach from the residence.
Activities
- Sailing club, beach, tennis, golf, water sports, cultural visits, hiking, beach volleyball, riding school, tree climbing...
- Mickey Mouse club in front of the residence in summer
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park for one car (number 2). Free public car park opposite the sailing school is 50 metres away.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Plancoët station 10 km, Lamballe TGV station is 27 km away.
- Nearest airport: Rennes Bretagne airport 73.4 km away
Other remarks :
- Wifi available (fibre optics)
- Washing machines and tumble dryers are available in the residence's laundry room on the garden level.
- The staircase to the mezzanine is rather steep (miller's staircase) and not recommended for young children.
- No meals served on site and no breakfast available
- Pets accepted for €10/stay. Only one pet per stay
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be requested
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our local partner).

Les Pieds dans le Sable "Lovely beachfront location.
🙂 Building was once a hotel, so the lobby area is quite beautiful and provides direct access to the beach. Parking was very good. The hosts were lovely and very accommodating.
🙁 Note: an additional charge of 25 euros per person, was collected by the hosts at time of check-in. That ""alert"" came up immediately after I paid for my booking. Looking now at the listing, I see that is indicated in the small print, but should be made obvious under ""Facilities"". Yes, my fault for not completely reading the fine print, but it seems a bit underhanded to not make that more obvious."
