About this house rental
Rent, mainly during all school holidays and bridges, individual house (main home of the owner) located 800 m from the town of Langueux and all shops.
Ideal location for visiting the most beautiful places in Brittany.
Recent and bright house, located in a very quiet area.
Rented area: 140 m² + 36 m² garage and 350 m² garden.
- On the ground floor :
A large living room with open fitted kitchen (induction hob, fan oven, dishwasher, full appliance, Nespresso coffee machine, raclette, pierrade, toaster, electric kettle, etc.)
One bedroom with double bed 160 with private shower room.
An office with a sofa bed.
Separate WC.
- Upstairs :
1 bedroom with double bed 140
1 bedroom with double bed 140
Bathroom with bathtub.
Separate WC.
All bedding is new.
- Garage with freezer, second fridge, washing machine, dryer, bikes etc.
Bikes available: 1 adult mountain bike, 3 mountain bikes for children / teens
- Garden including a trampoline, a basketball hoop, a ping-pong table, a football goal, a parasol, a deckchair, a barbecue and a garden furniture set.
In front of the house possibility of parking two cars.
Terraces and garden facing south exhibition.
Wifi available.
Leisure equipment: Books for children / adults, DVD player, games, TV, stereo, bikes ...
Pets not allowed.
Suggested activities:
Water sports activities Rosaires sailing school (10 min): rental of windsurfers, dinghies, long coast ...
Supervised sea fishing trips.
Land sports: hiking trails, signposted mountain bike circuits ........ Many walks from the house.
From the house you can go all day to visit or enjoy the beach:
Port du Légué (5 min), Rosaires Beach 10 min, Binic (15 min), Pléneuf Val André with its Thalassotherapy (15 min), St Quay Portrieux (20 min), Erquy (25 min), Paimpol (30 min) , Bréhat Island (40 min), Plougrescant (1h), the Pink Granite Coast (Perros Guirrec, Ploumanac'h elected most beautiful village in France in 2015) 1h, St Malo (1h), Rennes (1h) ... ....

We were warmly welcomed by the owners and stayed for a week. Calm and sunny environment with rich equipment and nice terrasse and garden. Good starting point for local tours and longer excursions to all famous sites of the north of Brittany. A big thanks to the landlord's!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour de 2 semaines dans cette maison contemporaine et spacieuse. Les enfants ont particulièrement apprécié les jeux mis à disposition sur la terrasse.
La situation est idéale, dans un quartier calme et facile d'accès.
Très attentionnés, les propriétaires ont fourni toutes les informations utiles sur la maison et ont répondu à toutes nos attentes.

Très bon séjour à Langueux . La maison est exactement comme dans l’annonce, très confortable et les propriétaires charmants. Elle est très bien placée si l’on souhaite découvrir la région.
