Good location close to the bakery.
The property feels very exposed to people looking at you through the front windows. You need to let light in but if you do that then you are very exposed to passing people and cars as there is little separation between the villa and the street.
The owners have tried to address this but they would be better off investing in acrylic shutters in the front windows which allow a lot more regulation to give both light and privacy.
There is only the car park to look at at the rear so not a nice view. Also no screen door on the front so you can’t leave the front door open.
The property is a lot smaller than it looks in the photos. If you were a family it is really too small to allow 4 people to stay comfortably. The kitchen is extremely small and cramped. The only actual bench space is the glass stovetop!
