Recently renovated 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom single-level Tahoe City home with A/C.The interior has a sleek, clean ambiance, mixing sophisticated elements with simplicity, adorned by high-quality furnishings and spacious rooms. The house is complemented by a large private backyard (now fully landscape) and deck, where a luxurious hot tub awaits, providing the ideal setting for year-round relaxation and enjoyment. There is easy access to the bike path and 1 bay in the garage available for guest use w/ Tesla EV charger. Switchless full-house generator, so if the power goes out, everything, including the hot tub and car charger will continue to work effortlessly.
