This exquisite executive retreat is everything a vacation rental home in Tahoe should be.

Enter on the mid-level through a mudroom, which opens to the stairwell landing. Several steps up opens into a grand living room, dining room, and kitchen. Spacious floorplan with White Oak hardwood floors and rich wood accents. Plenty of entertaining space with dining table for 8-10, granite kitchen island, buffet bar, stainless appliances and drawer pulls, Professional Series Frigidaire range, oven, and all of the conveniences of your home kitchen. Living room made comfy with gas fireplace, 55 inch HDTV, love seat, chair and couch. Sliding door leads out to side deck with gas grill and outdoor dining table (both available in summer only). 1/2 bath off kitchen.

Great room opens to sunroom with sofa, lounge chair, and card table plus games and puzzles.

Upstairs master bedroom with King, small walk-in closet, flat screen HDTV, and door out to private deck. Granite countertops, twin sinks, glass shower, and Kohler soaking tub.

Downstairs, second master bedroom with CA King and two huge mirrored closets which reflect the abundance of natural light from a multitude of windows! Whitewashed pine ceiling with open rafters, Flat screen HDTV, window seat and a twin size fold out bed. Twin sinks with marble counters, glass block wall trim, glass shower with pebble floor. Double French doors open to second sunroom with sofabed, chair, HDTV with DVD player and more puzzles and games.

Hardwood hallway floor leads to three more bedrooms and two bathrooms plus laundry room. Both full bathrooms downstairs with marble counters and shower/tub. First bedroom on the right with Double bed. Back bedroom with Queen bed with lots of windows and natural light. Third bedroom off hallway with double bed, cool colors, vanity. Door off hallway leads to back steps outside and hot tub!

Accommodating up to 10 people, this dog-friendly home has enough room to relax as a group, and never feel crowded. High-speed internet access and satellite TV are included (but not guaranteed) to make your stay even more plush.

- None of our properties have AC unless mentioned elsewhere
- Winter access: Chains or snow tires are often required in winter
- BBQs (propane) are not provided during winter (November–Memorial Day). Charcoal grills are banned in our area.
- Firewood is not supplied during the summer months (Memorial Day through October)
- Shampoo/conditioner/bodywash are not included
- Most have supplies like flour, sugar, salt & spices, but these are not guaranteed items
- We do not provide additional towels for beach use and encourage renters to bring them for summer stays
- For all dog-friendly properties, there is an additional fee of $100+tax per dog.
- Placer County STR rules: The county of Placer implemented a new Short Term Rental Ordinance which is very important for guests to abide by. Fines range from $1,500- 5,000 and can be issued to guests who are not in compliance. A full list of rules is attached as a photo in this listing.
Some Highlights include: Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am. No noise shall be heard across property lines. No outdoor speakers or amplified sound are to be used at any time. Dogs must be leashed at all times when outside a property, and all pet waste must be picked up. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
