This gorgeous chalet features a hot tub, wood burning fireplace in the spacious great room, outdoor firepit, direct access to hiking & snowshoe trails from the property, chefs kitchen and a stunning Master with a huge ensuite & soaker tub.
Located only 2 miles from the Main EVL strip and close to the ski clubs, you have the best of both worlds - privacy & location.

MASTER BEDROOM SANCUARY AND ENSUITE
The stunning master retreat is on it's own level for extra privacy and has a King bed with high quality linens and pillows and a a large Smart TV to access any Netflix/Amazon accounts you may have.
There is an oversized spa-like zen ensuite with a soaker tub, double floating vanity and spacious walk in shower. Light a candle and relax in the tub for the ultimate escape.
KITCHEN + DINING AREA
The chefs kitchen is quaint open-space concept space with a gas stove, sub-zero fridge, dishwasher and microwave. Perch up to the beautiful soapstone island on one of the three bar stools.
The kitchen has pots, pans, dishware, cutlery, baking sheets, wine glasses and most things you will need to enjoy lovely meals inside. We also provide BBQ utensils for grilling season.
We have both a Keurig and a regular drip coffee pot as well as an electric tea kettles. We provide ground coffee and tea bags to get your mornings started right! We also offer basic kitchen amenities such as olive oil, salt, pepper, aluminum foil and plastic wrap.
The adjacent dining and a dining table that can fit up to 8 guests.
LIVING ROOM
The living room has a cozy wood burning fireplace, an oversized sectional couch and a coffee table. We supply logs for the fireplace inside as well as extra stacked outside should you go through those.
It is a great spot to hang out, play board games, read or just enjoy the stunning views over the vast forest outside.
GUEST BEDROOMS + LOWER LEVEL
There are two beautiful bedrooms are located on the main level and have very comfortable Queen sized beds with high quality linens. Both bedrooms have closets and there is a full bathroom located nearby.
The above ground lower level has a small living area, a bedroom with two double beds, a Smart TV and a powder room.
The coffee table is a chest that has some board games and children's toys to enjoy.
BATHROOMS & LAUNDRY
There are 2.5 bathrooms in the chalet. There is a full bathroom attached to the master bedroom upstairs, a full bathroom on the main level shared by the two guest bedrooms as well as a half bathroom in the basement.
There is a stackable washer and dryer on the main level and laundry detergent is provided.
Regular bath, face hand towels as well as hot tub towels are provided.
OUTDOOR SPACE / HOT TUB / FIREPIT / PARKING
Guests have access to all outdoor amenities. There is a spacious deck overlooking the trees with a hot tub, propane BBQ, dining table and Adirondack chairs.
Our Hot tub is inspected by a spa professional on a weekly basis to maintain optimal water quality. We also provide firewood and kindling for the fireplace.
Out front there is a bonfire pit with Adirondack chairs to enjoy roasting marshmallows and hanging out.
We provide some lawn games/activities including corn home, two yoga mats etc. Lastly, there is ample parking for up to 5 vehicles.

This property has it all! You can't beat the location. Once out the driveway down the mountain, turn right within minutes you'll find yourself on main street of Ellicottville for a bit of wandering. And if skiing is your thing, just hang a right at bottom of the mountain and within a short drive you'll find the majestic Holiday Valley Ski Resort!! The hideaway was built strategically on its acreage offering visitors serenity of the woods no matter where you arewhether you're soaking in the primary suite's deep tub, sitting outside in the hot tub or merely relaxing on the expansive deck and/or inside on the couch mesmerized by such an outstanding view of nature. If relaxation means sitting by a roaring fire well two options (summer and/or winter) the chalet has for you: a great stone fireplace (which I used number of times) and if you're adventuresome just find your way down to the firepit!! As a 75 woman using a cane to get around, the property is accessible with little or no challenges. First and more importantly of all, I want you to know the host responded very quickly to all my needs. Since this was my first visit to this area, I would not hesitate to return. Next time, I'd return during late Spring or early Summer to get a true feel of the forest that surrounds and a number of attractions that would be open. Three generations were able to comfortably spread out and enjoy ourselves. The location made us feel like we were staying in the woods yet we were conveniently located to Ellicottville, Holiday Valley, and Allegany State Park, all of which we spent time at. Some nice amenties at the house, like wood for fires too and appreciated the marshmallow sticks! Wonderful family time together!

Our group of 5 friends stayed in late Spring and were so pleased with the property, the house and amenities. The house is stocked with everything you need, with some delights and surprises as well. Communication with the host was great, especially when my final payment declined because I was issued a new card by my bank. The house is very conveniently located to provide seclusion but also the ability to get back and forth to the village in just a few minutes.
