Great location. Nice home. Spacious and had everything we needed for a weekend. I walked to Trader Joe’s and the neighborhood is beautiful.
Rooms were perfect for our group. Everyone had a bed and the 2 bathrooms worked great for the 6 of us.
Living area was wonderful.
Plenty is parking on the street always!
The neighbor in this triplex that this house is part of was a bit loud talking until 2am right by our primary bedroom but it was only the first night.
The washing machine did not work but I let the owner know.

The house is nice and very spacious.
There was not a TV in all bedrooms. The water in the showers is tricky to get it hot.

Good location.
The floors were not mopped and really dirty. You can’t tell because of the color. My kids were wearing socks in the house, it was black because it was dirty. The towels are extremely old. One even had holes.
The house has to be dusted. There is dust around the fake plants, that are visible. They only had half roll toilet paper in the hall bathroom, I went to target and bought some.
BEWARE:I believe these people walk in the house when you’re not inside. They have camera all around the place and know when you’re in and out. I asked about this when I saw a lady try to come in because my kids left and the guy ignored me and stop talking to me after this.

Specious house for me and my family of 7! About 12 minutes from universal studios. If you are ubering this can be expensive since about 20 minutes from Hollywood. But other than that the stay was great. With a great host!
Bathrooms could’ve been cleaner more towels needed
