Take scenic drives to Pasadena for a game at the famous Rose Bowl, or to downtown L.A. for its museums, world-class restaurants and boutiques, and vibrant nightlife. If you fancy a relaxing day to soak up some sun, the beaches are less than thirty minutes away!
Open with the kitchen, the family room shares the abundance of natural light provided by the large windows, and French doors that lead to the yard. Featuring a large cozy sofa and a Smart TV, it gives the family a pleasant place to get together. In a second and more private living room, those who seek tranquility can snuggle up on comfortable leather couches and unwind with a book. *There is also an extra private playroom for the kids, featuring a television, sofa, table, toys, and games. This space is accessed through the stairs in the backyard.
The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped with modern appliances, all the essential cookware, lots of counter space, and a kitchen island with high-top seating. Cooking for the entire household will be a breeze! To enjoy these delicious meals, the dining room has a lovely modern wooden table with chairs and a bench, providing enough space to gather everyone.
There are three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The master one boasts a king-size bed and a large walk-in closet. The two additional bedrooms, also with private bathrooms, are each equipped with queen-size beds and plush linens. The fourth one has a twin bunk bed and is ideal for the younger ones to hang out.
There is also a powder room in this home for your guests' convenience.

We stayed at this property for 3 weeks during our displacement from the fire in Altadena. The home is beautiful, roomy, cozy, well supplied, and just a pleasure to come home to during a really stressful time. The owner/manager was very pleasant and helpful. The location was ideal and close to shopping and restaurants. We would love to stay again under more pleasant circumstances. I’d give it 6 stars if I could.

The house was a good size and it was nice to have several ensuite bathrooms. The yard was nice and I'm sure pool would be great in the Summer (we stayed in Winter). Would be good for kids with a nice playroom and lots of games in the house.

This is a beautiful, clean and comfortable home. They have everything you need for cooking, kids and relaxing! This place is catered to both kids and adults. Our kids absolutely loved the backyard with the jungle gym to play on, the playroom and the movie room with the bunk beds! The bedrooms were very nice and comfortable. The BBQ was awesome and easy to use. The house rules and everything you need to know about the house is very clearly stated for you in the book so we didn’t have any reason to reach out to the host for questions. We would absolutely stay here again!

The interior of the home was satisfactory and well stocked. The exterior was a disappointment. All of the outdoor furniture, including the upholstered pieces were dirty, dusty and had bird droppings all over them. My grandchildren were afraid of the swing set as it was covered in spiderwebs and very dirty. The long term tenant in the pool house is very nice but literally 2 feet from you while in the pool - weird and a little unsettling.
