About this cottage rental
Country house, fully restored in 2016, adjoining another gîte.
Ground floor: living room (TV) with kitchenette, lounge (TV, fireplace, sofa bed), 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160 cm) with en-suite shower room and toilet, shower room, toilet, laundry room.
First floor (accessed from the lounge): 1 bedroom (2 single beds) with en-suite shower room, 1 bedroom (2 single beds) with en-suite shower room and toilet. Second floor (accessed from the lounge): mezzanine (double sofa bed, TV), 1 bedroom (1 double bed) with en-suite shower room and toilet.
Electric heating included up to 40 kWh per day. Bed linen and towels provided. Unfenced grounds with an unfenced pond. Stables and pastures on site. Shuffleboard, skittles, and pétanque. NO SUITABLE CHARGING OUTLET BUT +€20 / charge per electric vehicle / weekend and €40 / week. The countryside surrounding the cottage alternates between pasture and forest. Private woodlands extend the Ecouves state forest. Large wildlife sightings are common. Jean-Pierre wanted to make the Monnerie farm a welcoming home for gatherings and family stays. He preserved the charm of the old exterior while opting for a very contemporary style inside. Ideal for accommodating your family in need of fresh air, nature, and peace and quiet, this cottage offers numerous opportunities for outdoor recreation.
