Absolute top Wohnung in Ausstattung und Lage. Die Wohnung ist neu renoviert und in einer aussergewöhnlich sehr guten Qualität. Es ist alles vorhanden was beschrieben ist. Eine liebevolle und zuvorkommende Betreuung durch Susi. Die Lage ist Top, 2 min bis zur Bushaltestelle und Parkhaus. Der Bus fährt über den Postplatz direkt zur Felskinn - Mittelallalin Bahn.
Besonders: Wegen des starken Schneefalls war die Strasse gesperrt, weshalb wir eine Nacht verlängern mussten. Zu unserer Überraschung wurde uns die zusätzliche Nacht geschenkt und mussten nichts nachzahlen. Das war sehr zuvorkommend.
Ich kann die Wohnung inkl. Vermieter nur weiterempfehlen. Gerne wieder.

Helpful, friendly and welcoming staff. Very close to parking and shuttle to the cable car. The sauna was great. Good space to store ski equipment.
The apartment was very hot. Beds and pillows were not comfortable. The coffee machine didn't work and we received no reply when when we requested to change it. A door to separate the living room and bedroom would be nice, especially when there is someone using the sofabed. The hot tub temperature was not very hot and wasn't able to adjust over 36.5 degrees.

Le logement est très bien agencé. Au niveau de la cuisine, tout est bien pensé et il y a des ustensiles en suffisance.
Le logement était parfaitement propre.
L'accès au jacuzzi et sauna et très agréable après une journée de ski.
La navette pour les installations de ski se trouve juste à côté du logement.
Les photos sur la procédure d'accès ne correspondaient pas au bon immeuble.
L'appartement était fermé alors qu'il devait être ouvert. Nous sommes arrivés vers 21h avec 3 enfants. Après de multiples échanges par SMS. Nous avons dû attendre presque 1h avant d'obtenir le code pour récupérer les clés dans une boite à clés.
Si l'appartement était ouvert comme prévu dans le message reçu, ça aurait été parfait.

We had what seemed like a pleasant stay in this cosy apartment—at first. But BE WARNED: once you leave, they will come after you for money!
The sauna was cold, and they refused to allow us to adjust the temperature. 👎 What kind of “wellness” is that?
To make matters worse, they try to pass off ordinary wear and tear as damage, exaggerating everything just to squeeze more cash from you. This is not just disappointing—it feels like a trap.
I strongly advise against booking here.
