50 m2. More information by the provider: This multi-family house is located above the village square, just a few minutes’ walk from the cable cars and ski schools. Guests enjoy unobstructed views of the surrounding mountains and it is possible to ski directly down to the house. A ski storage room is available in the building.
Ski-in/Ski-out: Amici 04 is located on a small hill, just 200 m from the slopes, T-bars and the village center. In good snow conditions, the apartment can be accessed directly from the slopes – and back. The apartment is on the first floor of a building with an elevator. It features a living room with two fold-out beds, a flat-screen TV and a lovely balcony, one small bedroom, a small kitchen without a dishwasher and a bathroom with shower. Free Wi-Fi is available.
Holiday taxes Summer (01.06. -31.10.): CHF 7.-/adults, CHF 3.50/children (age 6 - 15.99) per day. Holiday taxes Winter (01.11. -31.05.): CHF 4.50 for adults, CHF 2.25 for children (age 6 - 15.99) per day. Saastalcard included. Final cleaning, bed linen and towel (except kitchen cleaning) included.
