Le coup d’œil général et le calme.
Le manque de maintenance de l'appartement : - poignées de porte mal attachées ( porte palière + porte SDB) - robinet de cuisine à resserrer au plan de travail - spots plafond grillés (2) - sèche linge non vidé - et d'autres détails à améliorer (main courante escalier, cahier de consignes et utilisation des appareils, égouttoir, théière...).
