La localisation et le cachet de l'appartement ainsi que le parking privé
Le matelas un peu dur (mais cela dépend de chacun) et l'absence d'un étendoir pour le linge (malgré la présence d'une machine à laver)

Bel emplacement au centre de la vielle ville, très bel appartement, attention en fonction de la saison peut êtres bruyant
Pas simple à trouver et l'accès en voiture pas simple malgré les explications données. Attention aux gros véhicules!!! L'entrée et la cage d'escalier mériteraient un bon nettoyage.... En effet l'arrivée ne donne pas vraiment envie

Place de parking privée incluse. Le calme. Le confort. L’emplacement (boulangerie juste à coté (parfait pour petit déjeuner !)
Les rideaux qui recouvrent les radiateurs dans les chambres sont beaucoup trop longs… (chaleur derrière le rideau ?) Dans la douche, le grand pommeau ne fonctionne pas. (Mais pas utile)

grand appartement très bien situé en plein centre ,bien décoré
propreté décevante poussière sur tout les meubles ;bouilloire rempli de calcaire ne donne pas envie de s'en servir ,télécommande de la télévision grasse..... sans compter la salle bain avec la ventilation non nettoyé et nombreux endroit moisi. je suis du métier et je trouve déplorable que les agents d'entretien ne fasse pas leurs travail . dommage
