Extremely well presented and had everything we needed for a small family of 3 and a dog, very spacious and great location, not in the centre so avoids all the noise and not too far out, about 10 minutes down the road in a car to Skegness seafront, booking process and owners pre-visit instructions clear and precise, very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. Highly likely we will be booking here again going forwards :)

Very Quiet the Christmas bedding and tree and decorations were a great touch for our between Christmas and New year stay.
