Casa Bizzarra
Casa Bizzarra is a holiday house where the guests have on disposal the first floor and a loft in a family house that is located on the edge of Rovinj and distant only about 400 m from the sea.
Just approx. 400 m from the house there is a beautiful beach and also a beach suitable for dogs. A bike trail passes near the house. The house was built in 1977 and renovated in 2015. On the plot of 3000 sqm along the edge of an old olive grove the guests have on disposal its own garden of 600 sqm with sitting furniture, barbecue and more parking spaces.
House owners live on the ground floor of the house.
Holiday house for 10 guests with a total living area of 178 sqm, located on two floors. On the first floor there is a living room with access to two balconies, dining table and a children play corner, fully equipped kitchen, bath/toilet, two double bedrooms from which one with two separate beds for one person, shower/toilet and double bedroom with its own bath/toilet. In the loft there are two double bedrooms from which one with two separate beds for one person, shower/toilet. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
