average,nothing fancy, but some basic things need to be improved. 25min walk from the centar and beach but we were ok with that.
not cleaned properly,spiders on the bathroom floor,floors not cleaned, only vaccumed in the living room, i assume.fridge dirty,mold on that plasic thing for ice cubes,fridge does not even have the freezer! kitchen equiped only with the most basic things.if you wanna cook a bit complex meal you re gonna miss some kitchenware.we even had to ask for 2 normal size glasses and a better knife for vegetables. tv has only a few german channels,not even usb works. we couldn t even watch movies we had on USB.whatever the price,things like this should not happen and we paid 630eu for 7 nights.

Quiet
Comfortable bed and bath.
Good sized kitchen with decent plates, cutlery, etc. Large fridge/freezer.
Covered patio
No uncovered area outside.
Needed a comfortable chair instead of a desk inside.
Needs explanations of how to use the stove and tv.

Das Appartement ist gut für eine kurze Reise, Max 2 Personen. Lage ist sehr gut und ruhig. Die Eigentümerin Maria wohnt direkt neben an und ist sehr nett zu hilfsbereit.
Ich kann es weiter empfehlen.
Die Kommunikation mit der Vermittlungsstelle/ Agentur ist leider etwas verzögert.
Die Reinigungsfirma ist leider nicht die beste , Fr Maria musste selbst helfen.
