The house is lovely - large, spacious bedrooms and great communal areas. The roof terrace is grey with good views to the sea and around the area. Some good restaurants and coffee shops are very close by and it is literally a couple of minutes walk to the sea.
The villa is located in an area where there is a lot of construction. New villas are being built opposite so there is construction noise during the day and on arrival it is a bit like a building site. The villa and all those adjacent are well established and landscaped so when you get into the villa you are shielded from the building work. Despite this it is a quiet location away from the very very centre of Pererenan, but not far at all.
