The villa is (was) lovely, with beautiful grounds, and a view of the ocean and waves, as well as being a short walk from the beach.
It's extremely tired, and needs a lot of repairs and maintenance. In fact, a complete refurbishment is required. From the pathways, to the floor of the swimming pool (which is too deep for children) and the kids pool, which has a rough bottom. Furniture and kitchen also need to be replaced.

The price and its huge area... suitable for family and group of friends to stay in one area.
A bit noisy due to the ongoing construction outside, and the workers could see the area from above the wall.
Also not in favor of the path to the beach, preferably to have lighting along the path and its sides tidier.

This villa exceeded my expectations for value for money. This one is as good as it looks in the pictures, it is absolutely beautiful and really large that it even has its own home cinema! This villa features amazing sea views, as well as 2 swimming pools (one for the adults and one for the kids!) and a Jacuzzi. It is really a perfect place to relax. The staff of the villa was very helpful in arranging our itinerary, just like the transportation to go to the Tanah Sea Lot Temple with my friends. The villa also has an excellent location as it is just within walking distance to the beach. We would definitely come back here soon!
Short drive to Seminyak and central Canggu but location was still very convenient for us!
