L'emplacement, le confort du logement et tout particulièrement de la literie. L'équipement ( vaisselle, plats, linge...) sont au top.

Pour le confort des adultes, l'absence d'une table ( il en existe des modulables en hauteur)et de chaises ( il en existe des pliantes) est un regret: il n'y a qu'une table basse et l'assise des canapés. Il manque les explications pour le fonctionnement de la plaque chauffante.

One of the main positives is the location, which is ideal for sightseeing and getting around the city easily. The apartment was a good size and felt comfortable for the stay. Check-in was straightforward and instructions were clear.

1. Ground floor noise & security The property should be clearly advertised as a ground floor unit. It is quite noisy due to passers-by, and the door/window unit appears damaged—you can see through to the street. This could benefit from repair or an upgrade for both noise reduction and security. 2. Cleaning standards The area behind the sofas had not been hoovered, which suggests some gaps in the overall cleaning. 3. Plug sockets There is a noticeable lack of accessible plug sockets, which made charging devices inconvenient. 4. Basic amenities There was no hand soap provided. While shampoo and body wash sachets were available, it would be more practical and economical to include a refillable hand soap bottle—especially since other items like laundry pods and washing-up liquid are already supplied. 5. Communication before arrival I was contacted from two different phone numbers prior to the visit and received multiple messages on Booking.com from different individuals, often repeating the same information. This felt a bit disorganised and counterproductive.
