Close to Southbourne and had everything I needed for my stay. Also loved that there were tea, coffee and biscuits.
The sink in the bathroom took a while to drain but the let agents provided a plunge and sink unblocker. Also the door didn’t lock automatically but that was because there were a couple of us staying and one of us came home earlier. But I wouldn’t say it was bad, more of anxiety in terms of security.

Bathroom - basin was blocked and had plunger and drain stuff below in cupboard , contact agent and was advised to use kitchen basin
Place needs some serious TLC
Neighbours very noisy and noise travels through the complex
