Appartement bien situé et facilement accessible, avec une communication fluide de la part du propriétaire. Toutefois, plusieurs éléments mériteraient une attention particulière : - hygiène perfectible (odeurs de renfermé, absence de savon et de sacs poubelle), - sanitaires éloignés et peu équipés, - télévision hors service. Le logement m’a dépanné en dernière minute, mais le rapport qualité/prix reste à revoir.
