Apartment on the ground floor in a quiet old house in the center of the village of Issy-l'Evêque (heart of the Morvan regional park) with a view of the church, listed as a historic monument.
Close to the start of many marked hiking trails (GR13) and cycle paths in the Morvan regional park (150 km). Horse riding nearby, pond, games for children in the village (basketball, ping pong).
Located 25 km from Bourbon Lancy and 25 km from Saint Honoré les Bains, spa towns with municipal swimming pool, balneotherapy, body of water, canoeing, horse riding, golf, casino ...).
Kitchen: exposed stone wall including, oven, microwave, fridge freezer.
Living room: sofa, TV, library and board games

POINT POSITIF :lit fait à l arrivé très spacieux deux belles chambres salle de douche et meuble de rangement, wc à part eau chaude à volonté accueil et disponibilité de mme MOSS excellent cuisine présence d'un grand frigo et congélateur, linge de maison fournis présence d'une armoire pleine de jeux de société et livre très appréciable tv qui capte toutes les chaînes et très bonne réception très utile si présence enfants (gulli) présence d'un 3ème couchage dans la chambre enfants utile pour les peurs nocturnes POINT NEGATIF : absence d'un placard en cuisine vide pour stocker épicerie perso une seule petite penderie et 4 cintres pour suspendre les vêtements familiaux un simple portique avec cintre serait judicieux dans la chambre parentale les poêles tefal seraient à changer trop abimées rapport qualité prix plus que correct .
