Complete with ample seating, a large TV, this space is perfect for morning cups of coffee, relaxing afternoon hangouts, and late-night movie viewings. Steps from here, the chef's kitchen positively gleams with its granite countertops and a full suite of stainless steel appliances. Indulge in your culinary creations gathered around the breakfast nook.

Curated for your comfort, the primary suite is soaked in sun and features a spa-like en suite bathroom. Relish moments of self-care while rinsing off in the enormous walk-in shower. The home's additional bedrooms are just welcoming with soft linens, warm wood finishes, and plenty of natural lighting. The interior perks extend to a private washer/dryer and internet access.

Outside, not only will you have access to a pleasant yard and ocean-view balcony, but also to the community's shared pool, sauna, tennis court, and basketball court. Gualala Bluff Trail, Shell Beach, Gualala Arts Center, and Sea Ranch Golf Links are all located mere minutes away.

Very well stocked kitchen with utensils and cookware. We’ve been staying at Sea Ranch for more than 45 years and have rented hundreds of homes, most of them on the bluff. White Water is one of the best places we’ve been. The only drawback was being able to burn only waxed paper logs.

Great oceanfront location at this nicely appointed home. A little path out back door takes you right to the bluff trail. Kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped compared to most rentals; think gram scale, Silpats, burr grinder, storage containers, spices, etc. My one wish would be a grill, even if electric. There must have been one at some point in the past because there are quite a few oversized grilling tools. Del Mar pool is nearby, and Gualala, with two great grocery stores, is a 3min drive north. Had to partake of live Tour de France on TV; plenty of apps for streaming including Peacock.
