About this villa rental
Located in the heart of the Valle d'Itria, Trulli Greta is a completely restored villa with an authentic six-cone trullo, surrounded by the evocative landscapes typical of the area. The interior spaces, in which stone and white tones dominate, are large, airy and flooded with natural light. From the entrance you enter directly into the magnificent trullo, which constitutes the living area. A large and elegant environment, with sofa and armchairs, 50" TV, wood-burning fireplace, smart working area and bookcase. The bedroom, the first of three, and a first bathroom complete this part of the house. A corridor leads to the kitchen , equipped with every essential appliance, and the dining room. This area of the house is shaded by a large and panoramic porch, ideal for outdoor dining. The sleeping area is composed of two further double bedrooms and a second bathroom interior.Each room of the house is equipped with air conditioning.
The outside. A stone-paved driveway leads to the wonderful swimming pool which is located in a raised position compared to the house, almost dominating the entire property, where you can admire the landscape and enjoy enchanting sunsets. The solarium area, partly paved and partly covered by lawn, is equipped with sunbeds, deck chairs, an outdoor shower and a beautiful gazebo. The entire solarium area is surrounded and well protected by a stone wall and a thick hedge, to guarantee privacy. The garden is home to Mediterranean trees and plants, fruit trees and several olive trees, the surrounding land is completely fenced. A laundry room with a third bathroom complete with shower is also available to guests. In the outdoor living area there is the aforementioned panoramic porch, right in front of the barbecue area where, available to guests, there are two wood-fired ovens, one of which is for pizza. To complete the external area, near the trullo, a relaxation area surrounded by greenery, where you can enjoy the quiet swinging in the hammock or lying on the lawn in the shade of the olive trees. Cars can conveniently park inside the property, closed by an automatic gate, and where there is a shaded parking space under a gazebo. Furthermore, the area is monitored by video cameras to ensure safety.
