About this villa rental
A few kilometers from LOCOROTONDO, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, and ALBEROBELLO, a UNESCO world heritage site, TRULLI SANTA CROCE is a typical trulli residence immersed in the greenery of ancient olive trees and Mediterranean plants, recovered with a patient restoration work of 12 trulli plus 1 barrel lamia while maintaining its original structure and the typical taste of rural architecture. Unique and suggestive with typical cone vault and exposed stones that convey the charm of these unique and unique buildings in the world, they become the answer to those who require a prestigious stay with an authentic Apulian flavor. Ideal for families from 2 to 8 people or groups of friends looking for maximum comfort. The central part with trulli and lamia consists of 2 very large bedrooms each with a private bathroom, an entrance with a study area and a large fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and a small living area with a fireplace. The annex, again in trulli, is composed of an entrance hall with table and chairs, 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom. These bodies can be made communicating through the opening of comfortable internal doors. The refined interiors, with attention to every detail, are equipped with all comforts and allow a priceless view over a magnificent Apulian garden complete with gazebo with equipped kitchen, barbecue and wood-burning oven, private swimming pool and a large old farmyard. The large areas are equipped with tables, chairs, sofas and comfortable beds to read a book while sunbathing, for wonderful aperitifs at sunset or for those who simply want to take back their time. For the exclusive use of guests a spa where you can relax with one of our massages and with our selected herbal teas.

We enjoyed the property very much. The only improvements possible is to boost the wifi access to the internet. Very little 3-4G signal. Also the round BBQ in the garden needed a lot of charcoal because the grill was too high.
You should be very proud of how you renovated the property. Excellent!

We, as four women, thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this immaculately maintained trulli. We appreciated the added touches of fluffy white gowns and slippers - also the welcoming bottle of wine and biscuits. Having the friendly Mina deliver groceries and freshly baked warm focaccia was a delight. However, it is important to mention that 2 of the bedrooms were walk through spaces which comprises privacy -especially when it rained and at night. The bedroom with single beds shares bathroom with 4th bedroom which has no door (just a curtain) and the shared bathroom has clear glass panels/door with no privacy at all. We as individuals would love to return with our families. We appreciated the neat, spacious garden and crystal clear pool with stunning outdoor spaces. Our generous landlady invited us to make use of the herb and vegetable garden. Having the delightful Maja and her mother assisting as interpretors made communication run smoothly. We are already missing this picturesque trulli with its beautiful setting.
