About this apartment rental
Wonderful apartment recently renovated, located on the second floor of a Venetian palace of the late 1700s in the heart of Venice's historic center.
The apartment is fully furnished with designer furniture in shades of white and taupe; modern-style paintings and large bright windows overlooking the canal.
The accommodation consists of a living room; a splendid kitchen with a peninsula fully equipped with an oven, washing machine, and dishwasher; two bedrooms both with queen-size beds; a bathroom with a shower and window; and finally, the apartment's highlight: the balcony with access from the second bedroom overlooking the canal.
There is a sofa bed in the apartment.
The building does not have an elevator.
Our guests will have additional amenities such as television, air conditioning, hair dryer, toaster, and free WIFI.
* Guests can access the accommodation via a numeric code, which they can obtain only after completing the online registration of their IDs, signing the digital rent agreement, and paying the tourist tax via a payment link they will receive a few days before arrival. The code will be active starting from 3 p.m.
*Cot available upon request, at an extra cost of 35€ per stay.

Plenty of room for 5 adults. 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a livingroom/ kitchen with pull out couch. Bathroom with shower. Wi dows opened up to canal but smelled a bit and mosquitoes. Windows to the city side were good and it felt good to let the cold air in. We stayed in november. It was perfect and the city had many people but not too much. I have nothing bad to say about our room. We were very comfortable. Many bars and restaurants very near by.

Great location, walkable to all the areas in Venice. Google maps kept trying to lead us to a dead end when mapping back to the apartment but the hosts were very clear about this problem so we knew to double check when using GPS.
