The location is really good, and the price is reasonable for what you get. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and we slept well at night.

However, the apartment itself felt quite neglected and poorly maintained. The bathrooms were especially disappointing — many small but very irritating issues. The shower leaks everywhere, everything feels worn out and falling apart, and there was even a lack of toilet paper. The air conditioner was dripping water as well. The kitchen also felt very cluttered and unclean. Many surfaces were sticky, and the drawers were overloaded with random items, making it difficult to understand what was actually needed there. Overall, the apartment feels overcrowded with unnecessary things and lacks proper organization and care. My biggest recommendation to the owner would be to slowly renovate and organize the apartment, because it actually has good potential: the location is good, the price is fair, and the sleeping conditions were comfortable. But at the moment, the lack of maintenance and general upkeep is very noticeable.
