1. Неймовірно приємне спілкування з власником Авесом, який радів за нас так, ніби ми його найкращі друзі! У 11:00 ми вже мали ключі від нашої кімнати! Ми помилково придбали квітки до Венеції (тим, хто заплатить туристичний податок у Местре це не треба робити), так Авес так цим переймався, що не заспокоївся, поки не зробив повернення грошей нам через сайт! За це - окреме дякуємо! І дякуємо Всесвіту за те, ще він влаштував нам знайомство з таким позитивним та добрим молодим чоловіком!
2. Розташування дуже зручне, про це вже багато написано. В центрі, поруч Дуома, музей М9, супермаркет EuroSpar, зупинка автобусу #7 до Венеції за рогом дому.
3. Квартира світла, сучасна, облаштована всім необхідним. Я готувала (смачна вечеря на фото).
Ми дуже задоволені своїм вибором!

Everything about this stay was exceptional. The facilities were modern and well-maintained, and the room was incredibly comfortable and spotlessly clean. The location in Mestre is perfect—it offers a peaceful retreat while being conveniently close to transport links for exploring Venice. A huge thank you to the staff, who were welcoming and went above and beyond to make the stay perfect.
There was honestly nothing to dislike. Everything exceeded my expectations.

Господар дуже допомагає і все пояснює. Два туалети в помешканні, балкон на якому можна палити. Дуже добре розташування. Поряд супермаркет, зупинка і дешеві бари. До Венеції 15 хвилин автобусом

This listing doesn’t accurately represent what this place is like. Yes, they mention the shared bathroom but it wasn’t clear to us that everything would be shared with total strangers in a small confined space. Subject to the luck of the draw, your flatmates could be anyone, and in our case they were a group of people in their early twenties who were quite loud and messy. When we showed up at the flat, there was already food and toilet trash around everywhere. Anyway, important for future travelers to know that this is kind of like a hostel without a front desk or common room or any of the other nice benefits you’d get from a hostel. This place is overpriced for what it is, probably should cost 25€ per room at the most.
