The view from the property was nice and it had a nice terrace (though we didn't use it as the weather was chilly). The apartment was quite spacious and well suited for our family.
Host communication could be better. The place is a little far from city center, but well connected by public transport. Some things in the apartment need a little bit of refurnishing.

The apartment was large, good facilities and a great view from the balcony.
It was very hot (not A/C!), and noisy - the busy road was not great and the neighbours held a very loud party that was noy appreciated.

Die Wohnung an sich ist sehr schön und hell jedoch wurde maßiv an der Einrichtung gespart (Betten). Die Küche ist schön und gut ausgestattet. Badezimmer auch sehr sauber und modern.
Die Parkplatzsituation war bei unserer Anreise am Abend äußerst mühsam. Streetparking... Nach längerer, frustrierender Suche in der Umgebung mussten wir schließlich deutlich weiter entfernt parken. So einfach wie angegeben bekommt man nicht einen Parkplatz an der Straße.
Das Doppelbett mit einer Breite von lediglich 140 cm war sehr schmal für zwei Personen. Die einfache Federkernmatratze bot kaum Komfort, was sich deutlich auf die Schlafqualität ausgewirkt hat.
Das Apartment machte insgesamt einen abgewohnten Eindruck. Besonders die Wände waren stark in Mitleidenschaft gezogen – zahlreiche Kratzer und Schmutzspuren waren klar sichtbar. Auch die Handtücher waren in keinem guten Zustand: Sie wirkten stark abgenutzt, hatten einen unangenehmen Geruch und machten den Eindruck, als wären sie nicht richtig getrocknet worden.
Die Sofas im Wohnbereich waren kaum als Sitzgelegenheit geeignet und offensichtlich eher als Not-Schlafmöglichkeit gedacht.
