Good location, 10 minutes walking from the city center. Quiet street. Modern apartment, spacious. Good bed and sofa bed. Nice with espresso machine. Easy check in with codes. Access to washing machine was convenient.
It got slightly hot inside and the temperature outside wasn't very high, so I'd imagine that in summer it could get really hot in the apartment. There's a floor fan though that can help a bit.

I due letti nel soggiorno, sono un divano, non si possono definire letti, è problematico anche solo mettere il lenzuolo, ma in ogni caso con spirito di adattamento va bene.

Absolutely outstanding. In 40 years of travel, this is by far one of the finest places I’ve ever stayed. 15 minutes walk from Brussels Midi in a quiet suburb close to the wonderful Sablon area, with its bars and restaurants. It was spotlessly clean, fantastically apportioned with excellent facilities. I honestly cannot rate this highly enough.
There was some noise from the people in the apartment above but it wasn’t overly intrusive, despite a bit of shouting.

The room is not in the Centrum, but a few minutes walk, as we wanted. The restaurants in the area are better priced and better food because of that. Room was clean and spacious for the 4 of us.
The room was very warm, the air conditioner is far too small for the area size and the water collection bottle is a soda bottle that fills very quickly leaving a puddle in a couple hours. The beds are very hard. The upper loft area is very warm in the evenings.
